The PROFI FORM K 25 Arch Bending Machine has been developed for curving profiled roofing panels produced with any Panformer.
Profiled panels from 240 mm to 780 mm in width can be curved to a minimum radius of 600 mm in one pass. All adjustments are positioned to one side of the machine with venier scale accuracy for uniform pressure adjustments.
The PROFI FORM K 25 will produce curved panels, curved to flat and flat to curved, plus tapered panels in two operations.
The PROFI FORM K 25 is the ideal machine for fast curving of profiled panels for arches, domes, dormer, barrel vaulted roofs etc.
Four castors are mounted to the frame for easy transportation.
The Arch Bending Machine can also be delivered with a variable speed control (type K25-RBPE). The working speed can be adjusted from 2-12 m/min., for effective working in curving long panels.
Older DRÄCO Arch Bending Machines can be fitted in the factory with the variable speed control (K25-RSD).

The Mini-Prof line of machines was developed for those craftsmen who do not constantly lay large seamed areas but instead have specialized in small types of work or only occasionally work in this area. The machine system is very simple to operate and extremely reliable.

The Number 1 Profiling Machine - The Schlebach SPM 30/80 type profiling machine is the best-selling machine system for profile shares in the field of roofing and siding. It has a big name among experts. Due to its modular design, the SPM 30/80 is available with a wide variety of accessory components that can also be retrofitted at later date. The machine thus fulfils increasing future demands.

The EHA electro-hydraulic notching machine for clean, exactly reproducible, and good-looking seamed borders on eaves, buckling points, roof channels, monopitch roofs, moldings, verge flashings.
Work sequence: clinching - expanding - edging
Finished shares in approx. 10 seconds.
Capable of efficiently performing other edging processes by means of segment inserts in the top clamping bar and the bending cheek.

Models LBX are manual bending machines for bending steel sheets up to max. 0,63 mm sheet thickness. They are built especially light and compact and designed as efficient tools for the sheet metal expert on the spot at the job site. The model LBX 200, approx. 130 kg in weight, can be easily lifted by two persons. Also very helpfully - 2 wheels at each side stand. Both wheels and the complete stands are removeable, so you can also assemble this machine to a track or work bench without any problems. In connection with an optional roller shear a sheet metal expert has everything he needs on the spot.
All models come with handles on each side of the machine which serve both as clamping levers and transportion grips. The upper beam closes vertically so the piece doesn't slide forwards being clamped and the accuracy is preserved. The clamping pressure of the upper beam can be adjusted on each side separately.
All models LBX come standard with a sharp rail 20°, r= 1,5 mm for the upper beam but it can be exchanged with bending tools of different bending radius. Therefore the bending bar can be lowered and adjusted to different sheet thicknesses and radius. The bending beam can be easily adjusted to different materials by a special adjusting screw at the handle to provide a optimum bending result.

Model MAB is a motor driven bending with a capacity of max. 2,0 mm (related to 3100 mm working length). The power and speed of the frequency inverter controlled machine elements make model MAB a "work horse" among bending machines. Its massive design provides a maximum flexibility both from thin materials to sheet thicknesses up to 3 mm aluminium. Nevertheless its machine elements, e.g. the bending beam, are very compact and provide maximum safely in front of the machine.
With MAB/CNC version with SCHECHTL CNC Touch Control and a motor driven back gauge bending sheets of 3 m is a one-man job.
The work sheet is led through upper and lower beam and clamped with the controlled upper beam. So the piece doesn't slide forwards being clamped and the accuracy is preserved. The upper beam clamping pressure can be adjusted on each side of the machine separately. The upper beam can be opened to approx. 140 mm.
Model MAB comes standard with a sharp edged rail 20° and a profile rail 20°, r = 2 mm for the upper beam and one of each insert rail 68/10 and 68/24 for the bending beam. All bending rails are exchangeable.
The bending beam can be adjusted to different sheet thicknesses within a second.

Model MSC is a motor driven plate shear with a cutting capacity of max. 3,0 mm sheet thickness (related to 3100 mm working length). Handling is very easy: Put the sheet onto the table, push it between the cutting bars and start the process with the foot switch - that's al.
The machine frame is a computer optimized welded steel design. The cutting bar is driven by crank drive and a noiseless gear motor on each side of the machine.
Along the machine table there are sheet support covers of stainless steel with a snap lock system. Between the sheet support covers there adjustable front support arms with T-slots, 1000 mm scales and gauge fingers for easy front gauging.
On each side of the cutting table there are rectangular gauges with stainless steel scales of 1000 mm . During the cut a mechanical hold-down bar with non-skid ebonite lining holds the part. A sheet support behind the machine returns the part to the front and delivers it to an integrated sheet catching device.
All bearings and guideways are maintenance free. Model MSC comes standard within easy blade gap adjustment on both side stands.
Upper and lower blade consists of high-quality steel with two edges.
